From close brushes with death to the passing of loved ones and more, I’ve developed an intuitive awareness of the power of mortality to motivate people in transformative ways. I founded Free Minds Thrive and the Your Thriving Legacy coaching experience to help people of all ages live with more intention, clarity and confidence.

I have over 20 years of experience leading, inspiring, speaking, training, connecting, and problem solving. I’m a devoted father, husband and more, who believes in free and thriving human beings. This is what drives my relentless pursuit of truth, connection and purpose for all people.
