Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Below is our refund and returns policy for products and services offered by Free Minds Thrive, LLC and all our brands and businesses. If you have ANY questions or concerns about a policy, please do not purchase from us until you get your question/concern answered by us. You may reach us at:

COACHING SERVICES (monthly programs, 1:1 session(s), etc.):

Free Minds Thrive, LLC’s personal coaching services are non-refundable once purchased. All terms can be found in detail in the Client Service Agreement that all clients must sign before purchasing/receiving coaching services from Free Minds Thrive, LLC (formerly Nonespot, LLC).


Free Minds Thrive, LLC’s original books that are purchased directly from Free Minds Thrive, LLC (, our Free Minds Thrive Etsy Shop, etc.) or at a Free Minds Thrive self-checkout display in a retail store (where you pay us directly and leave that location with your item) are FINAL SALES and may not be returned. Books purchased through a third-party website or retail location (not Free Minds Thrive-owned) fall under the policies of that particular seller.

APPAREL (t-shirts, hoodies, onesies, hats, etc.):

For apparel purchased directly through a Free Minds Thrive, LLC owned website or via one of our marketplace shops (such as our Free Minds Thrive Etsy shop), we do not accept returns (unless otherwise noted in one of our listings). You can exchange apparel, but only for a different size of the same design and apparel type (that is, if the size you ordered doesn’t work well for you). In the case of apparel exchanges for sizing reasons, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to receive return authorization from us; once authorized to return for an exchange, you will ship the item(s) back to us (you pay return shipping) in brand new condition, unused, within 14 days of return/exchange authorization. You will receive our RETURN ADDRESS if your return/exchange is approved.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your apparel is received and inspected for exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (if, for instance, your item shows evidence of being used or not in its original brand new condition).

If you are approved for exchange, then we will get your exchange item processed so it can be created for you and shipped out as soon as possible. An exchange may only be done once per original order.

If your item is rejected for a return due to showing signs of damage or use, we will donate the item on your behalf (and notify you) and no further action (no exchange) will be taken.


The Free Minds Thrive app can be used and accessed primarily in 3 ways: for free (by creating a free account using the native app for your device or the web app at; by paying the stated/posted monthly fee through the native/web app to access content and features of the app; or by being an active Free Minds Thrive coaching client who is paying for monthly coaching sessions and receives access to the app’s features as part of your coaching program. In any of these cases, there are no refunds for any fees you have paid to access the Free Minds Thrive app. You may cancel your Free Minds Thrive app membership anytime (which will end future recurring payments), either directly through your app account, or by contacting us for further instructions:

Late or missing refunds (in general, for all products/services)

If you haven’t received a refund or exchange yet, first check your bank account and/or email again.

For refunds: Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and provide as much information as possible so we may assist you (we will respond regarding any information we may need, if necessary).

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace sale items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return any applicable item(s), you must first get authorization from us. After you get authorization, you will receive our return address to send back your item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
